JCI Manila, a historic and influential leadership organization, commissioned me to design and develop their 2023 official website. The goal was to reflect the rich heritage and legacy of the organization while presenting it through a modern, engaging, and service-driven design. The website needed to balance its historical roots with forward-looking initiatives, especially around leadership, community development, and social impact.
The Challenge of the Project
The main challenge was to merge tradition with modernity. The website had to convey JCI Manila’s long-standing history and values, yet still feel relevant and inspiring to today’s generation of leaders. Additionally, the design required a “bold yet service-oriented” approach, which meant incorporating strong visual elements, timeless design cues, and community-focused messaging without losing the professional tone of the organization.
